2. Do Your Daily Session 
Each mindfulness session is designed to be short (1-2 minutes), powerful, and pleasurable. There are 5 sessions per subject pack. Do the practice the Dietitian gives at the end. If you're self-pacing, we recommend following the flow in Way, and if you have a Dietitian Coach, they're fantastic at helping navigate which subject pack is best for you. 
3. Keep Exploring, Get a Dietitian Coach
